What is the policy on refunds?

There will be no refunds allowed as all items are custom made. If your item arrived damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item with your order number and proof of damage.

Also, please note that as each item is handmade, no two items will ever be exactly the same, that's what makes your pieces so unique :)

There may also be minor imperfections such as small bubbles in the resin or polymer clay during cure/baking time. I will try my best to reduce this as much as possible but will not accept refunds for this.

How long will it take for my order to be completed?

Custom orders require at least 5-6 business days for production and proper cure time. All other items can be expected to be shipped out within 1-3 business days.
